Carol Rizzie York, left, and Cookie Kinkead, were childhood swimmates and met again by chance while on holiday in Jamaica.

Jamaica was great. This is Cookie Kinkead and me in The Jamaica Inn. We swam together on the Flying Fish Team in Kingston, Jamaica, in 1963 and our coach was my Dad. This was before we came to India.

Can you believe that we just happened to be at the same hotel? She came up to me and said she recognized me... Wow I was blown away. I know that was such a freakout that she said she would know me anywhere. Does that mean I am ageing well?...I hope so...
